Mobeed has extensive formulation development facilities, including a pilot plant, which will enable Mobeed to develop the products that suit local conditions and meet the needs of any specific market.

In the manufacturing process extensive use is made of highly flammable and hazardous substances and therefore the protection of both personnel and the environment is of prime importance. To this end the plant has been fitted with the highest specification safety protection including intrinsically safe electrical equipment, reversible air-jet filters, air scrubbers, full effluent/waste handling and spillage containment across the site. Both the personnel and the environment on site are regularly monitored, the former on a weekly basis by a resident occupational nurse.
