The Aerosol Line

The Mobeed Aerosol is a highly effective multi-action insecticide which is equally suitable for both domestic and professional use. The Aerosol line with a formulation capacity from 1000L to 10,000L has 2 high-speed filling machines with a total speed of 6000 cans/hr. Aerosol cans of 300ml upto 600ml and 52-65mm can be filled. The aerosol line can produce all, kinds of insecticides, air fresheners, industrial chemicals, starch, spray paints, furniture polish and other products. To avoid cross-contaminations, separate vessels and lines are installed for insecticides and air fresheners.

Mobeed offers a highly cost effective, professional contract manufacturing service and, as a result of the flexible nature of the plant, is able to accommodate a multitude of different chemical products.

The plant is equipped with a highly sophisticated "Fenwel Fire Detection System". The gas house is also equipped with monitor sets for preventive & safety control purposes.

The Aerosol line is completely automated with processes such as filling, propellent filler, checkweigher, water bath, actuator fixing, capping, inkjet coding and packing.
