Mobeed was designed, engineered and constructed by CEBECO of Holland and the know-how supplied by Luxan of Holland. The factories were built to the international standards and utilize automated process control and best environmental control practices as stipulated by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Jubail Industrial City.
